After subscribing, you will receive a welcome email at your registered address within 24 hours. Reply with your NinjaTrader Machine ID and we will activate your license. You will then receive your protected .dll file ready to import into NinjaTrader 8. If you have any issues, email us at zerodiscretion@protonmail.com.
Our indicators are designed for intermediate to advanced futures traders with live trading experience. If you are new to futures trading, we recommend building foundational knowledge before subscribing. These tools are designed to complement an existing systematic approach — not replace trading education.
No. There is no indicator or algorithm that can predict financial markets with certainty. ZeroDiscretion tools are technical analysis aids only. You trade at your own risk. Past performance shown is hypothetical and not indicative of future results.
Our indicators are built for futures markets — primarily MNQ, MGC, and MES. Bar type depends on the indicator: some are designed for time-based bars, others work best on Renko or volume bars. Each indicator includes recommended settings, but ultimately the right bar type depends on your trading style and approach. This is one of the reasons we strongly recommend having a solid foundation in futures trading before subscribing — understanding bar types and how they affect price action is key to getting the most out of these tools.
All ZeroDiscretion indicators require NinjaTrader 8 on Windows. A free or paid NinjaTrader license works — our indicators do not require a brokerage connection to display on charts. NinjaTrader is available for free at ninjatrader.com.
We do not offer free trials at this time. Our indicators are competitively priced to make access as straightforward as possible, and you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. We believe the pricing reflects the value delivered — if you have questions before subscribing, reach out and we are happy to help.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing — we want to make sure our tools are the right fit for your trading approach. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
You can cancel anytime directly through Gumroad — simply log in to your Gumroad account and manage your subscription from there. We use Gumroad to handle all billing so our team can stay focused on building and improving our indicators. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. No questions asked.
Each license is locked to one machine and cannot be transferred. Please ensure you install on the machine you actively use for trading before activating your license. We strongly recommend against installing on a temporary or secondary machine as we are unable to reissue or move licenses once activated.
